It wasn’t an obsession.

Ianto refused to believe it, to name it, or to otherwise even acknowledge it. There was nothing untoward going on in his mind, and there was certainly nothing happening to his body, no physical reaction to the thing that wasn’t happening. Everything was fine. Normal. Lovely.

Too bad he was such crap at lying. And that Jack seemed to find the entire situation amusing. Beyond amusing, actually, if the smirk on his lips was any indication.

“Ianto, Ianto,” Jack said softly with a fond shake of his head. He pushed away from the counter and began circling the kitchen, closing in a little more with each pass he made. Jack’s index finger tapped lightly at his bottom lip, as though he were contemplating something of infinite importance. Ianto didn’t doubt that he was – sex to Jack was infinitely important, and anyone who disagreed with him simply wasn’t getting the right kind.

The kitchen in Ianto’s flat was small, but that had never bothered him before. He was rarely there, after all, and he’d never fancied himself a great cook. Now, however, the lack of space was stifling. Jack was touching him now, with every movement he made. Never with his hands, never the way Ianto wanted – but touch was touch, and when it came to Jack, everything was a prelude to seduction. The brush of Jack’s arm against Ianto’s shoulder, his chest against Ianto’s back, his fingertips against Ianto’s wrist… all of it conspired to set his heart to racing.
