Comment or Excerpt from fic: Oh, this is an angsty, but very cute fic! Gwen finds Llewellyn, Ianto's teddy bear from Lisa, in the archievs. Seeing it again brings back all the pain and hurt, but now, there is someone to help him on his way to the future.

EXCERPT:

”I’m sorry. I just couldn’t get rid of him. It’s the only thing I have left of her, the only thing not tainted… I know you ordered me to dispose of her stuff but…” his voice faded again as he started to cry.

“Ianto,” sighed Jack, “I never meant for you to get rid of everything you ever shared with her... please don’t ever think that I want you to forget her completely... You can’t forget something that you loved so much and were willing to risk everything for and I would never ask you too... few people have ever loved with the force that you do. It’s special, Ianto, hold on to the good parts but don’t let the bad parts destroy you. Please”

... Ianto smiled and nodded slightly, saying softly, “Thank you – for being so understanding.”

“Don’t mention it,” replied Jack, just glad to see Ianto smiling again. Without thinking his hand found its way to the small of Ianto's back and he guided them both away from the darkness and back towards the light.
