Ianto’s eyes locked to Jack’s as soon as he entered his office. Jack was sitting at his desk, exuding intensity; a feral gleam in his eyes.

“You sure about this?” Given what had taken place over the past couple of months, he shouldn’t have been surprised that Jack would ask, although he hadn’t expected the earnest depth to the simple question.

Jack might be questioning his resolve, but Ianto had no doubts about wanting to resume their ‘arrangement’. He didn’t know what else to call it. It wasn’t a relationship in any sense of the word. He removed his jacket, hanging it on the back of a chair, before loosening his tie and sliding it off.
