Comment or Excerpt from fic: Well, when I first saw this fic posted, I didn't get a chance to read it, but now that I've been keeping up, I just can't seem to let goooo! Time Agents, Assassins, Vortex Manipulators, secret Sub levels - there's more than enough in this story to make me twitchy for more!

Ianto took a step closer, trying to place a hand on Jack’s arm. "Will, please…"

"Stop that! Why do you keep calling me that?"

"Because it’s your name," Ianto pointed out in confusion.

"Yes, but you shouldn’t know. No one here knows my real name; I haven’t used that name for years, so how do could you possibly know it?"

The blood rushing in Jack’s ears almost drowned out Ianto's soft, "We’ve met before... Will, what did they do to you?" Ianto breathed, his own eyes shining with hurt and confusion.

Title: Never the Same Again
Summary: In the wake of Ianto's admission, Jack discovers that their lives are never going to be the same again...
Word Count: ~ 26,812 / 17 TOTAL
Warnings: references to Doctor Who's 3x13 "Last of the Time Lords," spoilers for Torchwood season 2 through 2x13 "Exit Wounds," RetCon, implied past: Violence & Torture, Characters deaths
Comment or Excerpt from fic: I WAS thinking that Caz was gonna leave "MAMoT" and was gearing-up to nag her until she either wrote an epilogue and/or a sequel. Glad I don't have to do that anymore as she decided on the latter... *cheeky grin*

Also, glad it wasn't what I thought it was at the end of "MAMoT"... I was seriously freaking-out! *glares at Caz*

During the past year – the year that never was – Jack thought he had reached a point in his life where he was ready to admit to the world that he was ready for commitment. He was ready to settle down with Ianto and make things official.

In the wake of Ianto's announcement, a whole swarm of emotions had darted through Jack’s mind... There were so many questions running around his head; so many new terrors drawn up in his mind’s eye.

...

Part of Jack wished the Doctor hadn’t brought him back at all. If he had stayed travelling, he wouldn’t have had to come back and face the angry, betrayed looks from his team.

The more sensible side of him, knew that he belonged in Cardiff, with Torchwood and especially with Ianto.

Comment or Excerpt from fic: So Caz left NtSA with a hell of a cliffie and since then, I've been eagerly waiting for the sequel! Now that it's here, I can hardly wait to annoy her for the updates... *devilish grin* This will probably be more dark than the earlier two, so just a heads up!

In the two months that had passed since Tosh and Owen’s deaths, he had gotten so big. He had quickly outgrown his Moses basket and had been moved into his own bedroom. Many times Jack had woken in the middle of the night and crept into his room, just to watch him sleep.

Ianto had only just started complaining about sleeping with the window open all night long and Jack had to admit that his annoyance was more than justifiable... the nights were starting to get colder and... they risked Dominic getting sick.

His son’s health was the most important thing to Jack so he had agreed to sleeping with the window closed. Although there were still times when he had to get up in the middle of the night to rid himself of the claustrophobic feeling that suffocated him.

Title: Hands of Destiny
Summary: While trying for another baby, Jack and Ianto discover somethings just aren't meant be...
Word Count: TBC / 47 TOTAL
Warnings: spoilers for Doctor Who 4x06 "The Doctor's Daughter," Post-Torchwood 2x13 "Exit Wounds," Characters deaths, Violence, graphic descriptions of Torture, past usage of RetCon --> minute reference to TW 2x11 "Adrift"
Comment or Excerpt from fic: Sequel to Learn From the Past, Live For the Future and fourth story in this series. Very exciting story so far and it looks to be action-packed! Of course, first you'll have get through roughly two chapters of heartbreak (so far... I WANT JANTO TO HAVE ANOTHER BABY THROUGH JACK/WILL, TOO!! *bawls*), so here's hoping for good news from that front as the story progresses! So, Janto trying to get Jack pregnant and failing, a person from future TW3 comes to present TW3 via the rift, an enemy of future person (and future TW) follows said future person and starts killing people in the present... Think that's 'bout it for now! *grins*

His opponent didn’t look anything like most of the aliens... they weren’t human, but... could easily have blended in... A loud bang signalled the door opening and he hoped... that it was the rest of the team. Of course... the newcomers turned out to be more of the creature’s species. He was surrounded... no way... to get out of the building alive... He considered his options; on one hand he could stay... and wait... probably too late. But on the other, he could use the necklace and end up in a place – and time – far away from where he was.

“I don’t have a choice,” he whispered. “You’ve gotta find me..." ... he pulled the necklace... giving the bottom of it one twist... "I’m sorry.”

Almost immediately a portal behind him opened, and he felt himself being pulled backwards... falling back through the crack in time and space.

Title: Sins of the Fathers
Summary: Unexplainable events are occuring all around Cardiff - Can Torchwood look past their problems to save the city?
Word Count: TBC / ?? TOTAL
Warnings: N/A
Comment or Excerpt from fic: Sequel to Hands of Destiny and fifth story in this series. HOLY... Talk about déjà vu. Just as action-packed as ever, this fic starts off with a BANG and then reverts back to the events leading to the aforementioned "BANG!" *pouts**sighs*

They were surrounded on all sides. They had no way of getting away from the creatures surrounding them. They were being pushed back, slowly and surely, inching closer and closer to the gaping Rift. What had once been a magnificent water tower was now nothing more than a stump protruding from the ground: various pieces of debris lying at their feet.

The searing pain Rory felt was increasing by the second. It had been growing since the Rift split apart, threatening to take Cardiff – and the world – with it.

“I have to,” Rory whispered, taking a step away from his family... He drew in a deep breath and turned to face what had been the water tower.

I have to do this, he reminded himself, feeling his hands begin to shake nervously. The whole world depends on this. Depends on me.

As Rory stepped into the Rift, he hoped his family would forgive him.
