Comment or excerpt from fic: I'm actually surprised this hasn't been recced yet. It's one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever read and it's so perfect all around. It has a tone of melancholy through out and it did make me want to cry on several occasions, Ianto is just so broken in this, and the paragraphed versions, the snippets, make it more real. Following his life from the day that Lisa died until the end of the first season is heart breaking and beautiful. This is a MUST read for anyone and everyone. Nothing but praise for this.
