I loved this. I like COE-fix stories anyway, and the way the author managed to 'save' Ianto made sense in the context of what we know about the Faeries in the Torchwood universe. Because they WOULD go to any length to protect the children, and the idea of them using Ianto as a mouth-piece to bargain with the 456 was very believable.

I find it sad that most Torchwood/Dr. Who fanfic writers I know are better at writing believable stories for than the writers for the shows (particularly RTD) ever were.
