This beautiful story is about Jack dreaming of all the people he lost during Series 2 and 3 of Torchwood.erin_giles' character voices are spot on and I could see all of this as I read it. The first time I read this fic I started crying about half-way through and by the time I got to the end I could barely see what I was reading.
This fic broke my heart, and breaks it again every time I re-read it, but it was bloody worth it.
